Cooking and me

When I'm in Syracuse for school, I love to cook for my friends. I put up lots of dinner parties when I used to live at South Campus. I would have fondue nights, where I made a cheese fondue and chocolate fondue. There will always be wine or champagne to go with the food as well and my friends and I will just have a great time.




I specialise in French cooking. I love every dish in French. I love making French onion soup, fondue and bouillabaisse. I also love making pastries and baking, and I have always wanted to be a pastry chef and perhaps open a patisserie so I can make partries and other baked goods whenever I want.








The restaurant I always go to is Pascales. I like their ever changing menu and extensive wine menu. The other restaurants I like to go to in Armory Square include L'adour and Lemon Grass. The other local restaurants I would ove to recommend include Casa Di Copani, Gentile's, Julie's and Francesca's Cucina.
